DELIVERY CONDITIONS We send our goods as soon as possible. The indicated delivery time serves as orientation. Often, the delivery will take less time. At peak times it can take longer, espesially with our furniture. Should you wish an express delivery you will have to take higher postal charges into account. We are happy to make you an offer. On arrival of the shipment we urgently ask you to check the state of the packet. Should you find external damages on the packet or pallet, please make a note on the receipt of posting. Otherwise the insurance will not cover the damages. Please inform us in writing and within 7 days after receipt of the goods about obvious defecs or misdeliverys. Otherwise the statutory warranty regulations apply.
Delivery Charges: We send by DPD. Larger deliverys of furniture are send by forwarder.

The delivery charges for Germany are partly included in the prices of the furniture. If you wish to have big pieces of furniture, like bed, cupboard, desk etc., delivered to Countrys in the EU or to Switzerland, we are happy to make you an offer.

In case one clause should prove to be or become ineffective or incomplete these terms and conditions shall remain in legal effect. | | GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Return All goods purchased at Hase Weiss can be returned without giving reasons within 14 days. Time begins with receipt of the goods. If the value of goods is over 40 Euro, the return will be at our risk and expense. However, any non-prepaid parcels are not accept. Preferably you inform us about your request for the return of goods via e-mail or telephone, so that we can send you a DPD return lable. You can also send us your account details and we reimburse you for any prepaid postal charges.
Important: The goods should be returned in orderly condition, without sings of wear and in original packaging.
The right of return does not apply to any goods build to customer's specification. This includes furniture in customer requested lacquering outside of our range of colors. Return costs are not refundet if the goods are excanged. Furthermore return costs are not refundet for foreign orders.
